Write and Manifest: Five of My April Intentions

One of the conversations I had with a friend recently really resonated with me and it was about manifestation. We discussed the idea of manifestation and the process of sharing what you would like to carry out to throw it out into the universe to see what would stick. Though other than just discussing manifestations verbally, one of my favorite things to do right now is writing everything down. From what my next task should be to just jotting down ideas, I decided to incorporate the idea of manifesting from speaking to spilling it all in my journal.

But for this month of April, I decided to do something different by writing out five intentions I have for the month of April right here and hope it inspires you to do the same. Here are my five intentions for the month of April:

  1. Get enough sleep - or at least create a steady sleeping schedule.

  2. Drink more water. Even on the weekends.

  3. Eat healthier or at least a well-balanced diet.

  4. Be more present. Remove any technology from the meal table.

  5. Learn something new.
